Help Computer is Frozen

My computer is frozen and I have tried everything Ctrl shift ESC, Ctrl alt del. But nothing is coming out also I can't restart my computer because I'm downloading something. What should I do.

If the system is locked up, the download should be locked up too, so you'll have to restart the download once you've done a hard reset, anyway.

Does your mouse move? Can you click anything or is the screen completly frozen?
I assume the fans still move? If you you can get into task manager, restart explorer.exe.
Otherwise I don't see anything but to restart.

No everthing is frozen but ya my fans work

Last things you can try is re-plugging monitor, mouse and keyboard.
Otherwise you will need to restart.
