Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

These are the parts that I already got

cpu- AMD Ryzen 9 5950

motherboard- Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero

ram- G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 x2

aio- NZXT Kraken Z73

ssd- Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB M.2 x2

case- Lian Li O11D XL

psu- Asus ROG STRIX G 1000 W 80+ Gold

don't have gpu yet but when I put these parts in pc part picker it tell me that there is a problem with the case and motherboard because there isn't enough USB 3.2 Gen 1, is there any way to make the case and motherboard work?

They will still work together fine, just one case port may not be connected or something
