Budget (N$20,000):

Country: Namibia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming, homework, coding, photo/video editing.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): basically I'm trying to build a semi-sleeper PC but I'm not sure what parts to get coz I'm a noob. 1440p60 gaming would be a new experience for me so imma aim for that, and for peripherals I'll need a new monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Are you able to modify this case for airflow? Can't tell if that front panel has actual perforations or not, and if it does, adding an intake fan will be a big help.

I don't know anything about the Namibia PC market, but if it's anything like the rest of the world, good luck getting a decent graphics card. You might want to start with a low end CPU with integrated graphics, like a Ryzen 5 2400G, if you can get one.

Your budget is a bit tight for 1440p, if the monitor is part of that.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
