Difference in revisions?

It can mainly come down to what manufacturer made the exact GPU die for the graphics card (IIRC, from watching a JayzTwoCents video). For example, revision.A can be a GPU die made by Samsung, while revision.B can be a GPU die made from TSMC. Also, vBIOSes can change between these different revisions so if you ever touch the vBIOS on a card and update it, you have to ensure it is the correct revision made for that card or otherwise you can brick the graphics card.

thanks 🙂 but, as paranoid as I am, did you find any mention of bad cooling design on rev.1?

I just did some research about the cooling design, but there isn't any difference between the coolers on these cards doesn't signify that revision 1 is worse than revision 2.
