Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jFGwfP

I have put together a list of parts for a PC build. I am looking for any improvements or tips for this build. Thanks!

You are not going to find a new 2080ti because of the GPU situation, even when the situation balances.

You overpayed for the RAM and the motherboard

Horrible case choice.. the airflow is shitty

The SSD isn't a good choice either.. i've seen many failure posts with that particular SSD

The PSU wouldn't be enough for the 2080ti anyways

B550 + R5 3600 doesn't make sense to me

I'll make you a list and then reply back to you

Well I recommend him waiting. Also when did he say that?

I have alot of gripes with this list
-$240 motherboard for a $220 CPU
-Overpriced AIO
-Crucial P2, much faster drives with DRAM Cache for that price
EVGA G3, pretty mediocre PSU. The ernemax D.F Revolution is a bit better, while having 100 more W, and is $10 cheaper

geometry is hard
b550 > x570

I just prefer Asus motherboards, thats why I picked it. he could go b460 if he wanted, but cannot OC.

Sure, but good quality and looks. Also very good thermals.

Still, paying more for a motherboard than a CPU is simply not a good idea. Waste of money. Also the AIO is a complete waste of money aswell, considering that you have a 10600K. A hyper 212 EVO would get the job done.

Spending an extra $100 for the ability to OC, another waste of money. Just get a decent B560 board and call it a day if you go intel on a budget

And compared to other AIOS that are cheaper (Arctic Freezer II 360) it is much worse thermally. Paying that much for looks and asthetics in a build like this is not a good idea.
