Weird windows 10 behaviour on folder properties

So it has now been a while since i noticed this but its starting to get really annoying,

I have a PC with windows 10 2004 on it, and after an update a while ago the "Security" menu on folder properties is just gone...

Now this is really annoying as i need to have acces to that menu to be able to get some files back...

As you can see in the screenshot i sent with this post, the one that has a missing option is my pc, and the other one is a windows 10 Virtual Machine that i created to see if it was'nt some kind of windows update i was'nt aware of.

If anyone knows how on earth that could have happened please tell me I really need this to work as soon as possible, thanks !

 

Windows is in french, because i am french, but as you can see the "Sécurité" tab is missing on my PC, "Sécurité" meaning "Security" i think

Also some menus are in english even tho my windows is in french.

"Panneau de configuration" is named "Control panel(1)" in the start menu for some reason too
