Looking for feedback on upgrade plan

Budget (including currency): Just planning so far so nothing fixed (and GPU prices are a joke rn)

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: DaVinci resolve, Minecraft, Triple A titles

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 


I have already got many of my parts such as storage and RAM but am looking to upgrade my CPU (which means a motherboard upgrade) and GPU (Which will most likely need a new PSU)

Existing PC parts will be listed below and what I am upgrading to after that

- i5 7600
-24 GB of DDR4 running at 2133 MHz
-Samsung 960 Evo 250 GB
-GTX 1050ti
-Corsair Rmx550
-stock intel cooler ;)

Upgrade ideas:

-i5 11600k (When I can get one)
-RTX 3070 Founders Edition (When I can get one)
-Corsair Rmx850
-Asus ROG STRIX Z590-E ATX board
