are their any good gpus i can find for around $150 like it the last part i need and these times are ruff with the silicone drought and what not.

Ebay. Also you can get something from a old dell or something and sell the rest of the system.

Your best bet is used due to the ongoing graphics card shortage/Ryzen 5000 series processor shortage as well. Stay away from any GTX 1050 Ti's with a VGA port on the card, they are a scam and should be avoided at all costs. 

 

Also, what does the rest of the system look like that you are going to pair this graphics card with?

Used GTX 900 series. You could pick up a GTX 960 like I did for around $50. Better than most 1050ti's. Or for your budget a GTX 970, or even 980 (if your lucky).
