Hello all, so before getting into this, i did read the forum on No Post, but most of that has already been done.

So one of my clients that just got a PC built by me is having a no post issue. Strange because the computer ran perfectly before being shipped out to his home. (i tested everything and even played a game on it before shipping).

There are no beep codes that we can hear, the Q-LEDs do not appear to come on either.

We did a bios update via the Bios Flash back tool on the back of the computer thinking that could do it but still no post. Any suggestions or ideas? this one has me stumped.

System Specs. - Ryzen 3700x, Asus B450f Gaming 2, 32 gigs Gskill Trident Z ram 3000mhz (DOCP Enabled), 700 watt Gold power supply, RTX 2060

Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance

doing that currently, but something else we noticed was that the computer comes on, no post though, but we cant turn it off from the power button. Dont know if that helps

Could be a bent pin on one of the connectors on the motherboard. Tell the client to check the front panel connector pins. Something could've happened when it was shipping.

Assuming he doesn't know much about computers, i'll attach this picture that you can send him: How to connect your system panel connector and case cables | Rock Paper Shotgun
