Video output problem

Hello i have a problem whit my graphic card shapphire 5500xt 

its not giving any singnal on hdmi port only on display port

before of this happening i broke my pc (at that time was connected thrue hdmi) 

and starting then my hdmi port its no working 

only giving out signal on display port 

the video card has 3x dp and 1x hdmi 

curently the card its giving out signal on the vga conector in the mother board 

i dont have nothing plug in into the video card but i get singnal thrue the motherboard integrated one 

i dont know why 

the card appears in msi after burner but not in dxdiag section

i can play games but i drop 10-20 frames 

its kinda wierd cuz the graphic card its working thrue the vga port on the motherboard 

any ideeas |?

hdmi port its dead ?
