 BOUGHT A GAMING LAPTOP A FEW MONTHS AGO AND FOUND FPS LOSS THE REASON WAS LOW GPU VRAM USAGE

LAPTOP NAME:- ASUS TUF F15

LAPTOP SPECS:-

PROCESSOR:- i5 10300H

GPU:- GTX 1650 GDDR6

VRAM:- 4GB

i have went through many processes like park control, msi afterburner, nvidia control panel settings, and driver updates still i am not able to find a solution plz help me. The vram just gets used by 3% and when i run a stress test then onnly 34%. i face a huge fps loss

Also, screenshot the GPUz sensors tab and post it here

when i ran the stress test usage was just 35%
