I think in the past it was open to other countries to but they had to restrict it this year because of the pandemic. Just wasn't tenable to fly people in.

As far as I know, Rig Reboot hasn’t even been confirmed yet, so you may be 13 by the time it shows up again. 
 

If I remember correctly a PC was smashed just shipping to Florida back in 2017(?).
