Is it a single fan at full speed, or are all the fans at full speed?

It is possible that the fan controller, fan, or wires on the GPU has failed, which causes the fan to run at 100% speed. It's difficult to prove this out without an oscilloscope/spare parts.

You could try reseating the fan's connector to the PCB, but if that doesn't work, not much can be done.

I could check. See before yesterday, my pc was quiet and i could control it using afterburner, i would change the fan speed and it would adhere to my changes. It would go quieter. But yesterday night it suddenly just became loud, and now using afterburner, it doesnt work.

I would try to delete MSI Afterburner and reinstall the graphics drivers just to ensure that nothing it forcing the fan to go to 100%.

Interesting. Have you reinstalled the gpu drivers with DDU?
