adb push keeps hanging

pls help i'm trying to copy a zip file

to my device via adb push but it hang up at 8%

it won't advance after that...

the file is 463 MB

i did it two times and i got to about 14% and did it again and now stuck at 8%

Are you allowing the screen to sleep and then auto-lock?
