Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

1080p, 60 or 75hz, Getting in late April to Early May

So basically, my friend is getting a budget pc, and she dosent know much. I dont know much either, so can anyone set up a part list or find a prebuilt? Thanks either way!

I also agree, but note all we really need is a part list since if she was making it custom, she will probably pay someone else to do it.

Will she use ethernet or Wi-Fi? I'm asking this so i know if i need to include a Wi-Fi integrated motherboard or an adapter.

Sorry for slightly late response, no she wont use ethernet and she wont use a wifi intergrated motherboard.
