Where do you find free stop motion car sound effects?

Sound effect of the cars engine staying at a constant rpm (for free) I am able to record the sound effects

Long ago there was a Warner brothers sound effects library that had all kinds of stuff on CD.  You could just check it out of the library and use it.  That may have changed though.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

I do have it But I dont think it has cars

Might not.  I know it had all kinds of weird random stuff like machine gun fire
