Help with fan placements

What do you guys think about this fan layout? Is the top right stupid because the intake will immediately get exhausted? Should I get another fan right next to the PSU even if there are cables all over the place?

Get rid of the top front exhaust and the bottom intake. Between the two, you're creating a wall of air that blocks the front intakes from ever actually getting air to your components.

 

Besides, they're mostly blocked by the drive cage anyhow. Make your the front intake are high static pressure to push the air past the drives.
