Hi guys.

Well on this rig I installed R9 390 and iCue,roccat swarm and OBS,software but while gaming I noticed every few seconds like stuttering.

It's hard for me to explain but like every few seconds like gameplay is doing hicups.

It's hard for me to explain in english,but looks like a game freezes in a miliscond every few seconds.

I updated drivers on R9 390 DDU previous ones and installed latest release still issue with it no matter what game I play.

Gpu goes at around 87 C max 90 C in game which I suppose is okay for this card.

The only programs I've installed are the ones mentioned above and I haven't have this issue before, or maybe this card is giving me issues.

I have spare R7 270X GPU.

How do I resolve this and what could cause such issue?

Nope,I unloaded every software from RAM,still isues.

Only what is left is gpu tweak II OSD ingame.

Yep,Asus GPU Tweak II was causing this issue,for unknown reason.

Did anyone figure out the reason why the game was stuttering? There’s nothing more annoying than experiencing stuttering in games. A lot of the time, games can adjust graphics settings automatically. Given that you know what your machine is capable of, it’s best to configure these settings manually. You can try lowering the resolution, which can actually turn out to be quite effective. You should ensure you’re not running the game at a larger resolution than your monitor can cope with. That’ll just needlessly overbear the GPU, which can cause it to perform other necessary operations more slowly. I figured out because I haven't had issue before installing all these apps.

It was damn GPU Tweak II,I removed it and problem solved.
