It is normal for the lights in the PC to be still ON for a few seconds (generally 5-10 seconds) after turning off the computer.

Ryzen 5 2400G -B450M DS3H Motherboard (Gigabyte) - 16GB RAM (CL 16, 3000MHz) - 240GB SSD (Kingston) - 1TB HDD(Seagate) - 450W PSU (Corsair)

Disable Windows Fast Boot. It's a feature that puts your PC into a sort of hibernation state for faster boot times, but it takes more time to shutdown. Windows will turn off the display too soon to create the illusion of a fast shutdown. Fast Boot can cause all sorts of issues, and this might be one of them.

I disable windows fast boot but it still not working. If pc need more times to shutdown why so long, i think nerver shutdown because i let it like this one night

first check temps its new issue or you had it from first day? open pc and check all cables.

if temps ok cables ok check power saving features disable all off them. power down and sleep timers too.  if not works try to reasamble all pc and check all parts conections if you dont see any thing just put it back and pray sametimes odd issues solved by simply reasembling pc.
