My PC is in a boot loop

So it worked normally yesterday but now I powered it ok and its suddenly doing this: *start up sound* bzzzzzzz.... BZZZZzzzzzz... BZZZZZzzzz....

I hope its enough to understand. basically it starts and wont give display but it will make a strong “attempt” every 2 seconds and go back to “normal” attempt strength

EDIT; Apparently it just needed time without being connected to the power

Record a clip and upload to imgur(rememeber to enable sound) or youtube unlisted. Not enough to go on.
