600W enought?

So i have i3 7100 and rx 550 with 600w psu and want to upgrade that potato and change motherboard, cpu, gpu my current mobo is h110mde biostar and i cant upgrade to i3 9100f because it have different socket im thinking to upgrade to i5 7500 but better if i switch mobo because current one is trash and buy i3 9100f and for gpu i will take something like rx 570 4gb or 1650 super depends on price, so is 600w psu enought for this: i3 9100f and rx 570 or gtx 1650 super?

600W for that would be like taking an RPG to a wasp nest under your patio. Way, way overkill. Assuming you're not planning on upgrading to a more powerful CPU or GPU in the future, 450W would be more than enough.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

i just go for pre built and they said 450w psu isnt enought for i3 7100 rx 550 and they tell me we will add 600w psu thats recommended... i got scammed? bruh

BS. I put GTX 1650 in Acer prebuilds with 4th/6th/7th gen i5 and 180w psu and runs flawless.

You didn't get scammed, they just gave you bad advice so they can earn extra money and sell you the more expensive PSU.

For a RX 570 or 1650 Super anything from 400W with your build should work already. You don't need to overclock them anyway.
The only reason to get a 600W is if you want a heavier card upgrade later, like an RTX 3000 card or something.
