hs70 hissing

i recently bought the hs70 pro wireless and no matter what i do i can hear a very very audible hissing noise with every thing i hear can anyone tell me what to do?

Looked it up.  Corsair hs70 pro wireless gaming headset

a dongle based non-Bluetooth wireless system.  Can’t tell if it has a wired option or if the mic is removable.  
hiss is generally an analog thing, and the wireless bit isn’t analog. I don’t know if you’re using a cord or not in which case it would be crosstalk.  Assuming it’s being used in wireless it could be a bunch of things.
