this is from my main pc with windows 10. My other pc is my stream encoder and is running arch linux.

I see. Did a bit of research and it seems they are not available on Linux yet.

ohh.. that sucks. I guess I'll just use the custom docks where you can input the url of a pop out tab.
 

I have one more problem. When I select a window other then obs all the docks minimize. This didn't happen untill I switched to using kde plasma 5 over lxqt.

I don't pop docks out or use OBS very often in the first place so I'm not sure, sorry. If it helps at all I'm seeing the same thing and I'm also running Arch with KDE.

For some reason you are missing the x264 encoder. I'd reinstall OBS and all its dependencies.
