Undervolting GPU problem

Hi guys, i'm new to gpu undervolting and i have a question. I've successfully undervolted my gpu, of course its temperatures have reduced on load. However, my gpu's voltage is at a constant "800mV" which i set from my curve, even during idle, how do i get my voltage to reduce during idle to have a lower idle temps?
 
I've done my undervolting with MSI afterburner btw.
 
GPU : Palit GTX 1060 3GB Dual Fan
