Is this Normal??!? Need help

So I got nothing running but the tool to read temps volts etc. and I’m seeing this it’s a little warm in the room had like two buddies playing Xbox in the room as well. I’ve got NZXT h150i the case with pretty bad air flow tbh front mounted Corsair h60 AIO blowing into the case that’s on a R9 3900x not OC with two smaller fans being exhaust my gpu is good tho but my cpu is I feel jumping around like a mad man... idk maybe you guys will say it fine but I’m thinking about different case for this pc?? Any tips or help would be great my question tho is is the video and what you are seeing normal

That looks like a fan curve problem maybe? Usually that kind of thing happens with single core turbo with bad airflow. (Happens on my 3700u laptop)

That is pretty hot for idle temperature. Do you make sure the thermal paste applied properly? have you tried to run the fan at higher speed and see if that fix it. Try to tweak fan curve to make it run a little bit faster.

I’m gonna try that yea it only just started doing this I built it 2020 in October so idk
