Logitech G613 keyboard Alternatives

Hey guys, I wanna buy the Logitech G613 keyboard, mainly because it's lightspeed wireless, 100% and mechanical switches, but i'm not really a fan of the bulky design. Do you have some other budget (150 max) wireless recommendations that are also as fast as lightspeed, or does the lightspeed actually not make any difference? Idk wondering what you think

 

i've also looked at keychron, but idk if they have large lag??
