I have an Asus TUF B550 Plus and a Ryzen 5 5600x. I am attempting to do the bios flashback with a usb. As soon as I plug in the power and flip the PSU switch the bios button is already flashing. So I plug the usb in and hold it for three seconds but the light does not blink any faster.  I unplugged and redownloaded the bios update and am attempting it again, and the light is just steadily blinking, and when I held the bios button it did not blink any faster. I read online manuals but didnt really find a solution to my problem. I thought maybe the BIOS was already up to date but I tried booting it up and it didnt post. Would greatly appreciate any help!

Just to update in case anyone else has this issue. After reading more reviews on my Motherboard, I noticed a couple people complaining about the IO shield not fitting properly and noticed mine had the same issue. Basically, the IO shield was putting just enough pressure on the BIOS button to keep it engaged, which made the light constantly stay on. I removed the IO shield and tried it again, worked fine.
