hi guys

I’m upgrading my good old pc which is on 6th gen intel i5 to a 11th gen. By upgrading basically it is a completely new build except for the gpu.

so here is the components list, please comment your advices about this build targeting to handle 1440p at 144hz mainstream gaming, mostly LOL, forza horizon 4 and a little bit live streaming.

Case: cooler master nr200

AIO: nzxt kraken x53

Board: asus strix b560i

cpu: i5 11600KF

gpu: 1660ti 6G OC

power supply: 650W sfx-l

Memory: 16g Corsair vengeance pro sl 3600mhz

And I really need some tips on the cases wind tunnel, I’m going to standard layout without vertically placing my gpu.

Much appreciate!

11th gen doesnt look like that big of an upgrade over 10th gen so far, may aswell just get a 10400f or 10600kf tbh

Or you could get a Ryzen 5 5600x, should outperform the 11th gen in all esports titles and is around the same price

geometry is hard
b550 > x570

I prefer Asus’s motherboard and the order ‘a been placed. So maybe too late to switch platform🥲.Just wondering would it be possible to maintain steady 144hz with 1440p, cause my old pc is alright but it is always around 120 fps running lol
