Secret Shopper 2021

Does anyone know if LTT is considering doing a secret shopper this year? Cyberpower has no functional customer support currently because of backorders, and I wouldn't be surprised if other companies aren't far behind. I considered writing a separate post based solely on the number of complaints I've seen on Reddit recently and my own personal experiences. When I was able to get through to a support agent (on Discord), they ignored nearly all of what I said even though I had a specific question they could have easily looked up. This issue seemed prevalent enough that I wanted to bring it to the community's attention.

Consider last was done late-Fall 2020 and the previous was late-Fall 2018, its more likely to happen next late-Fall 2022.
