Evga rtx2070 super temps

Recently built a system with a 3700x and a 2070super from evga but my

temps under load are coming from 72-78 degrees is this ok or should I take it back. Ambient temps are pretty hot tho if that helps

if that's when full load it looks to be fine. to quote nvidia "RTX 2070 Super Temp ranges from 70 Celsius to 80 Celsius." when i looked up average temps for the card. now when you say idle hot whats the temp at idle
