Cheap, low power AMD gpu

I am looking for a cheap, low power amd gpu, preferably one that does not require auxiliary power. The only real requirements for it are that it has 256mb vram and it dx9/pixel shader 3.0 compatible. I’m more familiar with nvidia cards so I am looking for suggestions

We are not in 2004 anymore.

 

Any modern graphics card has at least 1GB of VRAM and up to DX11 support.

Used, there's a whole slew of em. Look em up as you find without pcie power adapters.

It doesn’t have to be modern, it could be from 2004 for all I care, but the latest nvidia drivers make a game that I like unplayable, even though my 3070 far exceeds the minimum requirements for the game.

You can install another Windows image and have them in dual boot,the current one will be the main one and the second one will have older drives that work.

Also,what game do you have problems with?,We can try to find a better solution for you.
