please help

There's been this weird thing happening to my PC which is that my pc gets all slow and laggy when im not running any game and all my disk space on my task manager maxes out and i dont know how to fix it. Like discord and steam stop responding. Also i have this issue where i cant open my photo's from a game i play. idk what do do pls help.

Try running CMD as administrator and enter the following: chkdsk c: /f /r /x . If that doesn't help, you could try a system restore back to a day where there was no issue (that's if this problem is recent).

And you can access the pictures fine otherwise? Could be a few things. The above suggestion of running a chkdsk is a reasonable start. If that doesn't help though I would run crystal disk mark and make sure your drive is in decent health, especially if it's an HDD.

try running the sfc/scannow command in cmd as admin (it scans for corrupt windows files)
