Add Right click > run with power shell command?

How do I get this?  I don't understand why it's not a default feature...

 

 

I tried running a program through power shell for an hour now... it just doesn't work... I just want to right click to open stuff with power shell (or alternatively an easy command that actually works I guess)

The direction tells you... the direction.
