XMP Problems

Hello,

I run into problems when i try to enable XMP in BIOS and try to boot the computer.

The fans just keep ramping up and down forever, when i try to turn it off and on again i get an error from the BIOS and have to turn it back off.

As far as i know my computer is compatible with the XMP profile.

 

 Specs:

MB: Z490 Gaming x "Compatible with 3200 MHz (O.C.)"

RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 16GB KIT 3200Mhz

CPU: I9 10900K

Well... you've waited long enough for a reply...

 

Try enable XMP but manually set 2933mhz.

Then incrementally increase the frequency until 3200mhz or unstable whichever comes first.

This will help train the board and memory controller.
