External ARGB

So I have been thinking, my new pc is going to look pretty sweet with all the argb that is getting put in the case. However what I am thinking about is external lights controlled via computer to be the same colour. Thinking either them wall triangle things or led behind the monitors. Is there a way to do this without getting too complicated? I mean I know technically there is but I really can't be bothered with doing a full diy setup including making a circuit that jumps from the motherboard to a controller to usb and so on. So is there something user friendly that plugs all together?

I would say it depends on the brand of your current airgb strips ands if you want to include them. Corsair makes argb strips and a controller for them that works well and has tons of ports.

well corsair has a kit for monitor lighting its not cheap thow.

 

or you can diy

 

for controllers that dont have an removable usb connector and use the 9 pin internal usb you can buy an adapter to make it attach to external usb. 9 pin male to male usb adapter

 

but you still have to get external power some how.
