Other details Upgrading from 9 year old laptop. Will be running 27 inch 1080p 60hrs monitor. I would like this to be quiet since it’s going into my bedroom. I want to know if this config will work and if anyone has any suggestions. I’m going to try and use integrated graphics until I can get reasonable gpu.

If you want quiet then make it a priority to get a better cpu cooler.
Granted, when a computer is sleeping it's already very quiet and silent if you turn it off at night.

You should also invest in a new fan for your CPU cooler, maybe a magnetic case fan like the Corsair ML120 Pro or a good ol' be quiet! Silent Wings fan. It makes a world of difference sound-wise, speaking from personal experience.
