The gt 1030 is a good basic cheap card if youre not interested in heavy gaming. Here in the uk i paid £90 for one brand new just recently for a build i did for someone. It's like decent onboard. It gives you your display and plays basic and old games. Comes with 2gb of gddr5 vram. I don't know about in america but theres loads of them here in the uk.

I bought a gtx 770 for 90$ on ebay. You can actually find them cheaper if you are more patient than I was. I can run most games at 1080p 100fps (med-high) The real limitation of the 770 is the 2gb of vram. Warzone struggles with that. It creams the 1030  though at a decent value considoring the current market.
