overclock i9 9900k Overclock I9 9900K How?

I have the I9 9900K and i would like to use the extra power that the i9 can be pushed too, I have a motherboard of the ASUS ROG Strix Z390-F Gaming and for cooling the I9 CPU  i have the Corsair Hydro 100i RGB platinum, Hydro series, 240mm Radiator (Dual ML Pro 120mm PWM Fans cooling it, Which settings do i need to change in the bios to achieve higher clocks and better performance

I suggest sticking to avx offset: 0 and loadline calibration of 5/6 as 7 performs poorly under 100% avx loads.
