IBM Bladecenter H Managment module

One of my bosses bought a blade center H recently but is unable to acess the web interface for the mangemt module. We went to the default ip of 192.168.70.125 but no dice even when we changed the computers ip to that subnet. Any chance i could get some help with this as we have tried as many things as we can and due to the server being at his home using a isp supplied consumer roughter they really arn't playing well with each other.

Some consumer ISPs don’t allow static up at all

Have you tried enabling DHCP and using the IP the router gives it? (just for testing)

It has to go through our switch, but I have no Idea how to make that use DHCP its  HP1810-48G I think, 

 

(I am the owner of said Blade array btw)
