Hitting a wall here

So for some reason my brothers computer that I built well lets get the system specs out of the way

 

r5 2600x

1660 super

corsair 750w power supply

32gb ram 3200mhz ram

Asus Rog Strix b450-F mobo

 

So whenever the ram is clocked at 3200 the system just kicks out, now the ram sticks are vipers, and who knows maybe the timings or the voltage is off but i've trying undervolting the ram and undervolting the cpu, even lowered the ram down to 2933 which somehow makes it stable and doesn't crash the system out. Yet it really doesn't add up as to why the system does not want to run the ram at 3200mhz even with bios fully up to date, drivers reinstalled, like i'm scratching my head at this point, like i've read several other articles that seems to point to the 2600x just having general issues with the specified ram speed in general.
