I bought a prebuilt...

I'm not entirely sure if this goes here, and if it doesn't, I'll gladly put it where it needs to go, but I built my very first PC back in 2015. My specs are below.

Mobo: ASRock B85M-ITX Mini ITX LGA1150

CPU: Intel i5-4440 3.1 GHz quad core

RAM: G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (x2 for a total of 16gb)

GPU: EVGA GTX 750Ti FTW ACX 2GB (this card did come factory overclocked, but I was able to squeeze some more out of it via MSI afterburner)

PSU: Corsair CX 430 80+ bronze

Storage: I have a 1tb 3.5' 7200rpm drive, and i upgraded my ps4's hdd to 1tb sshd drive, and just threw the ps4 hdd as secondary storage so i'm not sure the rpm, but it's a 500gb 2.5 hdd

This PC has lasted me from like, late 2015 all the way until now. I've gone through a lot with it, but I want to play more games, and not have the games I currently run play at lower settings with 40-50 fps. I've done video editing, and streaming on this system before, but it was just time for me to upgrade.
I wanted to grab a 3070, a ryzen 5 3600, and throw it all in a nice NZXT H510 case, but because of GPU prices, it's just gotten so crazy, that with the $1400 stimulus, I just wouldn't have been able to find a graphics card in my budget. And I looked long and hard for one.

So, instead, I relented and bought a prebuilt for $1070 USD after taxes from Best Buy.
Now, I am computer literate. I fix and work on phones, gaming consoles, laptops desktop PCs professionally, I've got over a decade in personal repair experience, and I watch a lot of Jayztwocents/Linus/Gamer's nexus, but what I don't really have a sense for (because I'm poor and am just now getting the opportunity to upgrade my entire rig 6 years after building it LOL) the value of the parts that I'm getting, or if they're a good combo for what I want to do.
My plan is to stream, do video editing, and just get a better gaming experience than what I've had recently (this PC is on its last legs.)
I'll link the best buy listing here: https://tinyurl.com/prebuilt155

But, it has a Ryzen 7 3700x, GTX 1660 SUPER (listing says 6mb of vram, but I'm pretty sure they mean 6gb lol), 16gb of ddr4 3200 ram, and a 256gb ssd boot drive with another 1tb 7200rpm hdd (first time I'll ever had SSD storage lol. And it says that it's nvme, too. I'm super excited.)
Obviously I understand that this is a better computer than what I have, and that I'll have a better gaming experience than what I've had for the last 6 years, but will it be decent for 1080p video editing, gaming and streaming?
Also, was the $1000 price tag fair for the parts that I'm getting?
I really appreciate any insight that you will be able to send my way.
Thank you for reading!

That PC is definitely good enough for 1080p video editing, gaming and some streaming. As for whether the price is fair, well, considering current shortages, it's not exactly bad. If there weren't any shortages than it would be a bad deal, since a 10400f + RTX 3070 build would cost just about 1000-1100$, or around 800-900$ if you go for a 3060 ti instead, both cards being far superior than than any 1660 variant. I would personally try to look for a prebuilt with a 3060/3060 ti at least.

I did try looking for some, but they were all outside of the 1k budget I set for myself, unfortunately. I looked at a lot of SI's and they had $1500-$2100 prices for any systems with a 3060+ in them.

This was the best that I could find, and I looked vehemently. A lot of builds that would have been great was out of stock on websites like best buy.

Not entirely sure. It's supposed to be in tomorrow. I can always upgrade it. Ram isn't too terrible to upgrade.

Just wait for Ethereum to come down in value and you'll have used market flooded with 3080s for less than 400 dollars . And believe me I have seen this in 2015

Got it in. It's got 2 sticks in dual channel. I was pleasantly surprised. Though the mobo is a lenovo brand, and the psu is 400w..I have a 600w that I'll replace the psu with, but so far it doesn't look terrible. Just wish the price was better.

Well that’s what happens when you buy from an OEM, proprietary crap.

Just curious, what is the efficiency of the current PSU and how good is the case airflow?

I didn't get a very good chance to look at it because I was on lunch break, but when I get home I'll have a better look at everything. I mainly just wanted to see the thing turn on since I know things can get super fucked during shipping.
