I made a windows boot media on Mac but it just errors out. Did I do something wrong?

Yeah, that's not how you make a bootable drive. Have you tried using Boot Camp to make a bootable installer? Also, if you aren't installing Windows on a Mac you don't need the WindowsSupport folder.
