Please help pc not starting.

I need help with my pc it isn't starting up. 

My specs: 

Ryzen 5 3600

Rtx 2070s

650 gold PSU

B450 aorus pro 

 

It stopped turning on after I plugged in a gpu bracket RGB plug and I pressed on on the case and it just All turned off no fans spun no light or signs of life.

Now when I turn it on from the psu the motherboard rgbs just flash and so does the power button on my case.

I have tried every thing I unplugged and repluged everything and I tested my PSU with a paperclip and the fan was spinning don't know what is wrong and what to do about it 

Please help
