I've been having horrible lag when flying around any world in Minecraft, my frames drop from around 85 to 30.

I've tried anything and every thing I could find.

I didn't have this problem when I used intergraded cpu graphics

specs:

i5-9400

Sapphire pulse rx 580 8gb

12gb ddr4 dual channel ram(one 8gb stick and one 4gb stick)

windows 10 home

a 512 gb ssd and a 2tb hard drive

anyone game I play, pubg, fortnite, rainbow six siege, gta v, I'm able to get at least 75 frames at 1080p very high.

please help I've been trying for months to fix this issue and nothing has worked so far.

Are you playing off your HDD, or SSD?

I've always had PC crippling lag when flying around in Minecraft, even on my R9 3900XT machine. However, when walking/running, it's usually not an issue when spawning new chunks. I can fly around fine in an area where chunks have already been generated... Then again, I use some pretty hefty modpacks, so...
