So I got a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M50xBT headphones to use with my PC, but I've been having some issues with windows bluetooth. When using them by myself just to play games, listen to music, and watch movies or videos, they work fine. But when I join a call, if I then switch to a video, the audio for the call stops. I figured out that there are two different sound profiles for bluetooth, which are Hands-Free AG Audio, and Stereo. Stereo is what I generally use to watch movies or videos, play games, and listen to music. But I realized that if I wanted to be able to play  a video or listen to music while in a call without the call audio stopping, I needed to use the Hands-Free AG Audio.

This works fine, but the only issue is that the Hands-Free AG Audio makes everything sound awful. The sound quality is much worse when using the AG audio and I'm not sure how I can fix this. Please let me know if you have a solution.
