Hey guys! Not sure about if my problem belongs to this part of the forum. I have a problem with my "Cherry" keyboard (g80-3000s tkl). The problem is that some combinations aren't working (alt+tab, windows key, ctrl+alt+del and more that I haven't tried). I have tried troubleshooting, powershell, bios, settings and cmd. Their software is still under "development" and I can't use it. I think of returning it under warranty but thats only when i have nothing left to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

f9 should have a windows symbol on it. try fn+f9. to unlock.

Hi buddy,

have you tried plugging it into another PC to see if the problem persists? Also try booting a Live Linux distro to see if the keyboard shortcuts start working there.

If they don't work on 2 Windows PCs but on Linux then its almost certainly a driver / software issue so probably best to return it or wait until the drivers mature. If it doesn't work on Linux either then your proper screwed so defo return it.

This one is a 'clutching at straws' possibility but the keyboard doesn't have one of those key locks? I know some gaming keyboards have them to stop you accidently hitting other keys so once toggled the keys become dead.
