Stuck on blackscreen

So... I have an S10+ and the screen is not working but its wroking at the same time. What i mean by that, is that sidescreen thing is on, and i can make the reset and turn off buttons appear but if i press either of them they dont respond and they just dissappear, basically the same thing happens with the sidescreen. What can i do to make it work again? if it has to reboot to factory setting can i somehow keep all of my apps?
