upgrade your ram from ddr4-3000 to ddr4-3200 or 3600 to get the most out of that cpu

It's not particularly good or bad. It probably won't run cyberpunk very well, but it's better than most pre built systems. There's nothing inherently wrong with it, if that's what you're asking, except for maybe certain alternative parts being cheaper if you search around a bit.

the motherboard doesn't has some kind of error over 3000 as I've seen from some reviews

my plan is to have an upgrade path, like later when things normalize get an RTX 3060 Ti

yeah I edit videos occasionally photoshop and most of the time gaming, I would see if I can get a decent PC that can maybe stream

try to get your hands on a cheap GTX 1080 off for ebay the CPU is ok but you could upgrade it later. If u still want to get a affordable GPU try ebay or facebook marketplace you can find a GTX 1080 for less that 250$ there you just gotta search.
