Do you trust Authy and do you have cloud backups enabled? What if Authy one day disappears? Do you still have access to all your accounts?

All 2FA services have backup codes. I don't use Authy, I'm with Google Auth, but principle is same. You save backup code to somewhere you can access them if you lose your primary device, or if the company would go under (in which case they would inform you months before service is shutdown).
