Fan connector question

I recently built my own pc and I bought Antec f12 case fans. the fans are 3 pin and in the box they gave a splitter that goes into like a trg cable or something and the splitter has 2 pin connectors so i was wondering if the fans are gonna be going at full speed

They'll still run at the correct speed (well voltage technically) you set in the bios, whether you use the splitter or not.

I forgot to say the splitter plugs into my PSU and not my motherboard so i cant control the voltage

Did you mix up Antec with Arctic? Idk what you mean by trg, the splitter probably has molex. So yes, they will be at full speed all the time if you connect them directly to PSU. If you connect them to mobo, you can still have voltage controls.
